Breakfast is the energy booster for your day. Skipping breakfast can have several drawbacks.  Nutritional deficiencies: Breakfast provides an opportunity to consume essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. By skipping this meal, you may not meet your daily nutrient requirements, leading to deficiencies over time. This can impact overall health, weaken the immune system, and increase the risk of chronic diseases. Impaired cognitive function and productivity: Breakfast is known to enhance cognitive function, attention span, and memory. Without breakfast, your brain may not have the necessary fuel to perform optimally.
