Use this tip when your sugar levels fall down.
Always carry a Chacolates with you. If you feel your sugar levels are dropping down (Fast heartbeat, Shaking, Sweating, Nervousness, or Anxiety).
Immediately eat that chocolate (If you forget to carry chocolate with you. Then eat any sweets, eat some sugar are fruits like Apples) which will help you to balance your sugar levels for time being.
A very simple trick will save your life. Once your sugar levels get normal then don't forget to visit your doctor.
